Terms of Service

1. The service

Sinrai is a cloud platform for retail, wholesale, cargo and warehouse operations: a CRM, a company website and a customer portal. By signing up, you accept these terms on behalf of your company.

2. Free trial

After sign-up, your company gets 14 days of free access to every module. No card is required.

3. Billing

After the trial, access is provided by subscription under the plan you choose. In addition to the subscription, a fee is charged on sales processed through the platform at the rate shown for your plan on the Pricing page.

If the subscription is not renewed, your company data is kept and the CRM switches to read-only mode until payment.

4. Your obligations

Provide accurate information, keep staff passwords confidential, obtain your customers’ consent to process their data, and do not use the platform for unlawful activity.

5. Your data

The data your company enters into the platform belongs to your company. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running without interruption, but we are not liable for lost profits or outages caused by third parties or force majeure.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by notifying company owners at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
